We are receiving reports that some players are unable to play the app and seeing a "Failed to connect to server" message immediately after startup.
After looking into this issue, we suspect that the cause is poor compatibility between the game servers and players' Wi-Fi or mobile networks. As such, it cannot be addressed on the server side.
If the issue persists, we recommend attempting to connect from a different network.
Please note that the game server does not support IPv6. Please connect using an IPv4 network.
