Bloom Festival Exclusive Characters are unique in that they have two skills, one associated with the pre-Upgrade version and the other associated with the Upgraded version.
You can choose which skill will activate during shows by toggling the Character's artwork.
*A Character with dual skills has one skill level for both skills.
