The Character Archive is where you can view the Characters, Costumes and such that you have obtained for each member of the cast.
You can also check how many Covers you have, Area Conversations you have viewed and progress on Achievements for each character.
The Character Archive can be found through Menu > Character Archive.
You can also find it through Menu > Character Rank > select a character and tap on either of the uncompleted categories in Character Missions.
