A gift I hadn't claimed has disappeared. Gifts have an expiration date. If you don't claim them by their expiration date, they will be deleted. Related articles I can't view the gifts I've claimed anymore. I just got a new song, but I already had the Song Reward for it. The touchscreen isn't working when I play the game. I bought Crystals through Razer but they are not showing up in the game. I can't find the answer to my question in the FAQ.
